Publications

Research works are listed here, grouped by primary topic (14 in all, scroll down).

In most cases, works address more than one topic and are thus often assigned to more than one group. Specifically, most works involve fundamental measurement technique development and application of the measurement technique to selected materials. An example is “Sigmoidal Indentation-Strength Characteristics of Polycrystalline Alumina,” which is grouped with Alumina, Indentation-Strength, and Strength Distributions.

Within each group, reviews and overviews and key works are listed first, followed by topical works in reverse chronological order.
